Introducing a new ongoing series at strange cousin susan – frankly, I’ve got more screen caps of the Doctor’s companions than can be considered healthy and while I tried for a while to keep up a Tumblr account dedicated to them, it’s fallen by the wayside. Honestly, I lost interest in Tumblr quite a while ago and haven’t been back recently. There’s only so much one can do in a day and I decided posting to my own blog was much more important than the endless recycling on Tumblr.
So, without further ado, welcome to A Tremendous Companion. Ironically enough, the first installment in the series is from mine very own Tumblr page, because I don’t have any local images of Romana II and because I have recently fallen under her spell Rather More Badly Than I Anticipated and because I’m afraid if I don’t post this now for publishing next week, I’ll forget and all of the sudden, you’ll see A Tremendous Companion (2) and be all, “WTH? Where’s the first post?”
(I already had the first installment ready to go, but decided at the last minute to push it out and use Romana II as the introduction. These pages have woefully neglected her, don’t you think?)
Feel free to email images you’d like included in the series, with the exception of Tegan, Turlough, or Kamelion, unless Nyssa and/or Adric are included in the picture. I’ll even consider Peri Brown and Mel Bush for the series over Tegan, Turlough, or Kamelion.
