Susan looks on in horror as Barabra chastises the Doctor for eating whatever was in that Tupperware container he found in the refrigerator, while Ian has a sympathy cramp, for he found the same Tupperware container earlier in the day.
The only thing that would make this picture even more perfect would be this: instead of plain blue suspenders, Nicholas Courtney had pulled out the Mork and Mindy suspenders we all know he has tucked in a drawer somewhere.
Where does the awkward end?
